Chambre spacieuse et très confortable. Excellente literie, rideaux ocultants (rarement le cas en Angleterre) et bonne insonorisation. Petit dejeuner buffet complet.

Chambre très confortable, emplacement idéal pour prendre l'avion tôt le lendemain. Service excessivement long au restaurant le soir, évitez à tout prix l'heure d'affluence !!!

hotel et chambre agréable, juste un peu froid car un seul convecteur dans une suite junior un peu leger.acceuil et disponibilité impeccable, possibilité de room service à 23h30.

Convenient location for Stratford. Friendly, helpful staff. The pub meals were good and reasonably priced. Bathroom small and no space for toilet bags etc but the room was clean. Some areas a bit tired but we enjoyed our two night stay and would recommend.Avis véridique Hotels.com

"A good all round hotel"
Friendly staff giving good service. I liked having enough coffee and milk in the room for two drinks each, as well as an offer of more milk. It was also nice to have a table and two comfortable chairs in bedroom. (Nothing annoys me more in a hotel room than only having one chair in a double/twin room.) Slight wear of some fittings. "great value comfortable stay"
I would definately stay here again and recomend. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Nice olde worlde feel, relaxing after long drive. Breakfast is buffet style , and tea / coffee making in the room was most welcome.Avis véridique Expedia
"Incredible service"
Overall the hotel was good. Service was superb. I got there at 10.30 pm and although the food was off the girls went out their way to make us toast and jam. They helped us to our room with our bags as well as other things and generally just being lovely. The breakfasts were really good, though would have appreciated some fruit and yogurt. Evening meal was lovely too. Our room was clean and the decor was fine but we thought it was small for a superior room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Tried hard to please, food prices in restaurant , pricey for meagre portions. Breakfast room littered with crocks, had to sit at an uncleared table, and was then ignored. Breakfast was ok when it came, but they thought everyone had been down for breakfast and so there was some delay. We must have visited on an off day. En-suite very tight for space […] .
