Très bon hotel, chambres propres et bien équipées. A proximité du parc six flags et du stade des cow boys. On apprécie la piscine couverte et la salle de sport (même si elle est un peu laissée à l'abandon). Petit bémol sur le petit déjeuner moins fourni que dans d'autres hotels, mais les gauffres en forme de Texas sont délicieuses.

Je suis reste 2 nuits et tout a ete parfait!L hotel est en tres bon etat,il est situe a cote du centre commercial,donc restaurants et supermarches sont a proximite,l aeroport est a peu pres a 15 kms.Les chambres sont grandes tres propres et tres bien equipees,il y avait meme un lave vaisselle dans le coin cuisine.Il y a un acces internet gratuit en wifi.Le lit etait vraiment tres confortable!Le petit dejeuner est gratuit.J y retournerai sans aucun doute lors de mon prochain sejour a Dallas.Il faut absolument aller faire un tour au Grapevine Mills mall qui est a 10 mins de l hotel!

"Perfect for concerts at Palladium Ballroom!"

"Modern luxury at an unbelievable price."
This is by far one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. My room was like a modern loft apartment. Huge closets, 2 sitting areas, desk, and massive bathroom. Great rooftop bar with infinity pool and great views of downtown. Downtown looks far away but it's a straight shot from the hotel and only about ten blocks. Wonderful restaurant in hotel as well. "Style over substance"
Ultra cool hotel with contemporary design throughout. Fantastic roof bar overlooking downtown Dallas skyline - great for drinks and a bar meal at sunset. Easy walking distance into downtown. Low rating on comfort as room walls are very poorly soundproofed and I could hear the couple next door talking (and the rest) very loudly until the early hours […] - this really is a major oversight for what is otherwise a large spacious and well designed room. I didn't want to use the coffee machine provided as it was full of dirty water and had not been cleaned, and the supposedly free bottled water was provided on the first day only. When I rang reception at night to ask for water I was told there was no room service and I would need to go down to reception where a glass of water would be poured for me! So a mixed review really. "Cheeky"
Had a great experience while staying over last weekend looking for a future place to live in Dallas. The new girl at front desk, name slips my mind, went out of her way several times to help make my stay better. The rooms are very modern and a nice change from the normal large hotel chain layouts. Bobby at the rooftop bar and pool was great as well. […] Hotel is a little far from the nightlife and restaurants so be prepared to drive or take a taxi. Also, go to another place for breakfast in Dallas. Theirs food wasn't great and service was slow for a Sunday. Overall, very nice experience and would definitely stay here again! "Loved the view"
We had a great view of the city sky line from our room. The room was amazing with very comfortable beds and lots of space. We are at the restraunt and it was okay. Very cool hotel. Enjoyed the loft-like rooms, and the roof pool & bar was awesome! This hotel seems to be in a very changing neighborhood that is evolving from industrial park to hipster-up-and-coming, so you have a few decent choices in nearby bars and restaurants but not a whole lot.... yet. Recommend having a car if you stay here (and there's plenty […] of free parking). You're less than 5 min away from Deep Ellum / Commerce Street where there are more interesting bars & restaurants too with live music. "Unique little place beside downtown and suburb"

I went to Dallas for a gaming event at the convention center. I got this hotel because it was within walking distance. I ended up not walking though because the neighborhood the hotel was in was sketchy. They offered a free shuttle which was cool. I loved the room. It was very modern with a flat screen TV and a complimentary Keurig coffee machine. The […] beds were really comfortable as well. The one downfall to the room is you can hear your neighbors through the air vents, so this family with a young child and a dog kept waking us up every morning. I stayed in NYLO for one night. While it is not in the middle of the city (the area seems to be a formerly industrial neighborhood now on the rise), the hotel is chic, unique, and lovely. The former factory look is maintained through exposed brick, piping, and cement floors. "Great for concerts at the Palladium"
This place was perfect for my girlfriend and I to stay at to see Coheed and Cambria at the Palladium. We didn't know how close it was to us!!! There was a coffee shop and little grocery store right next to the hotel which made everything much easier for us. We ate at the restaurant inside and it was superb; glazed duck is a must! The rooms also have […] Keurig machines in them, which we loved! I did notice one empty bottle of water under our bed, but I'm not picky and really loved this place and will surely come again. The staff was great also, we had no problem with getting menus for pizza or just general info. The rooftop bar is amazing, words can't describe how nice it was. We met very friendly people on the roof and they even purchased us free drinks! The only problem I had was on Sunday morning the dumpster trucks taking the trash were very loud. I could handle it but my girlfriend is a lite sleeper. Bottom line...you have to stay here, it is such a beautiful, hip place to stay. Thanks to the NYLO we had an awesome weekend!!!
