Hôtel très bien situé, grande chambre, propre. Bon accueil et personnel dévoué. Petit déjeuner correct mais loin d'une prestation européenne.

très bon hôtel mais le point négatif se sont le prix du restaurant qui est certes très bon mais faut pas exagérer. De plus ,nous sommes français et nous parlons pas très bien la langue mais nous comprenions les réflexions que les serveurs se faisaient entre eux !!! Pas très discret de dire derrière notre dos " ah des français ce n'est pas bon pour nous !!! " ( pour le pourboire ) de plus ,ils ont voulu nous faire payer le petit déjeuner a notre fille qui vient d'avoir 2 ans et qui est arrivée avec son biberon de chocolat. Elle n'a donc pas mangé de petit déjeuner . Bref, attention à la note du restaurant qui peut être salée !!! Sinon RAS hôtel formidable avec la vue exceptionnelle !!!! On y retournera !!!!

"cool shower and no late check out"
It was a very nice hotel, however, the water in the shower never got beyond lukewarm. Also, I inquired about a late check out(or simply just an extra hour to cover any chance of being late)and was given a less-than-friendly reply that they can hold our luggage in a room behind the counter.. We went to Buffalo to see the Habs/Sabres game. This hotel is located about a 10 minute drive from the arena. Our GPS found the hotel address easily...but the signage at the entrance was missed as it was on the ground. There is another major hotel right beside this one and its sign is up high and visible. We stayed here on 2/23/13 when we attended a Buffalo Sabres hockey game. The hotel is approximately 10 minutes from the First Niagara Arena and was easy to find. We have never stayed at Country Inn and Suites but were very satisfied. This is a newer hotel and it looks it. Our room was very clean and spacious and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay but were disappointed that our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 4pm when check-in is at 3pm. We came back again at 6:30pm and it was finally ready but there was no apologies from the front desk lady. We were from Canada and had had a very long day. This hotel was MINUTES from downtown Buffalo (just off the main freeway), very clean, extremely friendly, helpful staff. There isn't much around there, however there is a 24 hour grocery store across the street as well as some decent restaurants around the corner -- still, it's only a hop, skip & a jump to downtown for the nightlife and events there […] at a fraction of the price of downtown hotels. Enjoyed the stay, the hotel is really nice. The continental breakfast isn't the best, but it's free so I didn't complain. The hotel itself is extremely hard to find, there isn't a big sign out near the road and it's directly next to another hotel so I was confused trying to find it. The rooms and the bathroom was very clean it still had the new smell […] to it. The only problem with my room was the fridge was very wobbly which was annoying. Over all it was a great stay. Hotel had a nice atmosphere, contemporary but cozy. Coffee,tea and cookies in the foyer. The breakfast was decent with plenty of variety, especially for being included in the price. Unfortunately our room backed onto the elevator an we could hear it well after midnight and then early in the morning. We were there during a snow storm and in the morning, Brian, one of the Front Desk clerks, actually cleaned off our car and shoveled around it so we didn't have to wade through the snow to get in to it. "Credit Card Confusion"
Overall when it came to the hotel the stay was excellent. Although they promote the 'free hot breakfast', the breakfast isn't really all that good. After eating it I had an upset stomach on the first day and there wasn't any variety. The confusion that occurred with my credit card was that I paid through hotels.com for the room and was required to use […] my credit card for 'incidentals' that would be credited back to my card upon check-out. They ended up charging me for the room again. I ended up having to return to the hotel to follow up.
