This property is extremely nice! Very clean, nice, modern rooms! My only wish is that this chain would upgrade their cable. It was more than I expected. This is a new hotel a block away from the Austin Convention center, literally surrounded by great restaurants. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The room was gorgeous, although the glass bathroom door (beautifully frosted) wasn't much of a sound barrier to what was happening in the bathroom :) We had a good laugh. "Overpriced and Blah Ammenities"
Service - nonexistent...paid to valet park, got to carry our own bags. Breakfast was lousy. Thermostat in room did not work, beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Food selection was lousy! Best thing about this hotel is leaving it to go somewhere else nearby.Avis véridique Hotels.com

This hotel is fairly new and in pristine condition. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Continental breakfast had many options. The workout facility had plenty of modern equipment (free weights, 3 treadmills, bikes and one weight machine) and free headphones, water & towels. We walked everywhere except to SoCo, took a short cab ride. Even […] printed our boarding passes in the lobby. Only complaint we had was that we were on the 6th floor and could hear sirens and street noise. Wish we would have gone with a higher floor but we didn't complain to the hotel. The complimentary breakfast had varied choices. The location was within walking (or staggering) distance from street fair and nightlife scene. Extremely comfortable bed and large TV. Free wi-fi a definite plus. TV controller did not work well. In house parking was convenient upon arrival but inconvenient when garage became full, somewhat overpriced […] for inadequacies. Overall Good! But there was construction going on next door that started at 3am and woke us up. It would have been nice if they would have taken that into consideration & put us on the other side of the hotel especially since they were not real busy.Avis véridique Hotels.com

"Outstanding time"
Loved the hotel. Right downtown. Breakfast buffet is wonderful. The customer service was 4 seasons-esque. Will definitely be back. Only possible negative comment is that we did not have shampoo when we first arrived. Everything else was top notch.Avis véridique Hotels.com

Trying to be more environmentally friendly and "Green" we no longer have the printed binders in the rooms. Great feedback and we will do our best to improve communicating this to our guests. "Great Downtown Destination"
It was great to stay so close to the Action of Austin. This hotel is a bit far from the 6th Street activities, but there are great restaurants right next door and it is close to the park and trails.Avis véridique Hotels.com
