The stay was good but my only complaint is guest services in the mall area are scammers, trying to jack up Disney rates to make you think you are getting a bigger discount

Our stay was this March 2013, and was by far the best Kids resort we've stayed in! There were shows, movies, arcades, Water rides & character breakfast. There are fees for everything but they are within reason in my opinion (arcade $25 for 2 Kids, movies was $12.95 for unlimited movies, shows free, character breakfast $20 for adults/ $14 for Kids, spa […] is $15 for polish, parking was free, and food was $40-$50 for pizza & Wings at resort) we had a good time for the most part! The noise levels reflected the anxious children's adrenaline and high pitched voices of (some) mothers trying to shush them. If children annoy you, avoid this place. Some of us had no other choice.

This hotel was great. We only stayed one night as we were booked at a Disney Resort the following day. I must say the room was awesome, bed was comfortable and I wish we would have stayed here throughout the duration of our trip.

This hotel was a lot of fun for both me and my kids. The pools were safe, there were a lot of pool play areas, and plenty of activities for the kids. My kids LOVED the daily sliming and the night-time Nick Studio shows. The 4D bracelets were a smart investment. for $14 they could see all the 4D movies they wanted for the entire length of the stay. The […] room was large and clean. The only issues I had were with transportation to Disney (plan ahead if using the shuttle) and the price of the character breakfast (fill up on the buffet!). Overall good stay. Most of the employees we're friendly and made our first time there easy. Located right down the road from disney world.

1. When we arrived to the hotel the line was too big and they have small service . We waited about two hour for the check in. 2. The 1st room they gave us smell bad . They changed the room to the 5 floor and they gave us not what we expect . I was surprised to arrive to a room with no hot water with phone not working properly to call from desk or room service . Then next day we had no housekeeping Service had to call to get towels changed . For almost 300 for two nights not worth it .

it is 2 weks after we left and my son steel talking not stop how great it is. Very comfortable when you travel with kids. It is the best pool area and very good locations of the hotel. Thank you.......... we will defenetly return to the hotel next year.

Poor service. My room wasn't ready until 1 hour after checkin time. The credit I had been given as part of the package I purchased was not explained correctly. I had $20 / day credit but was told $20 for total stay of 3 days.
