Rien à redire sur l'hotel en lui même mais quand on réserve une chambre à 2 grands lits pour 4 personnes (2 adultes, 2 enfants) et qu'on vous propose une chambre à 1 lit, en vous expliquant que la réservation (déjà payée) pourtant très explicite et sans ambiguïté sur le service attendu, ne garantit que le fait d'avoir une chambre, sans engagement sur […] son type, c'est tout simplement scandaleux. "Dingy"
We got into the hotel late, and the check in was quick, but not very personal. We were not told where to go, and the way to our room was confusing, as the door we needed to go through said exit. The carpets were dingy and dirty, and the room felt the same. Although the beds and desks looked fine, it was very uncomfortable.Avis véridique Hotels.com

I guess if I was just staying overnight between flights this would be okay. Staff was not overly friendly. Hotel was in need of some updating, but it was clean. Only 2 of the 3 elevators in our tower were working during our whole stay (3 days). Housekeeping was ver helpful.Avis véridique Hotels.com

"payed for parking as a hotel guest"
I stayed one night!! It was a wonderful stay except that parking was $21 with tax and The room didnt had a microwave or little fridge .but overall our stay was nice!!Avis véridique Hotels.com

"Huge Impersonal hotel"
Nice hotel in excellent condition, but it is so big that it's impersonal. Fortunately, I have family in the area & didn't need to eat real close to the hotel; there isn't a great choice close to the hotel. The Embassy Suites, across the street, is large but the staff knows who you are & greets you when you enter. "Won't be returning"
Not satisfied this time around. Was given wrong type of room be ause I booked online. Then when I asked to change it she needed to see the confirmation! It was just me and my 1 yr old so it was a major inconvenience. After proving to her she booked me the wrong type of room. She gave my a handicap room....which meant no tub to bathe my son. Overall this was a decent hotel. God blessed with a great rate on hotels.com and it was 4 of us in a deluxe room...I was told the traditional was super small. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, and it had a nice view. The bathroom was a bit small but it worked. The staff was nice too. "Light Pollution"
Hotel beds were comfortable and showers had good water pressure. However, the room window faced an indoor hallway, and the lights in the hallway (which were on all night) shone into the room. The blackout shade on the window was not effective, and it was difficult to sleep.Avis véridique Hotels.com

The staff helped make our stay extra special. Our flight arrived early and they allowed us to check in without making it a big deal. They gave us coupons for free breakfast buffets which was not in our pkg. and they accommodated us by giving us a late checkout. "Great Hotel once again"
The Four Points Sheraton LAX is a nice low cost hotel, perfect for a transit stay or longer. The rooms are nice and fresh, comfortable beds and of course its proximity to LAX makes it ideal. The hotel offers a late checkout rate until 7pm that is half a day charge which is great if you have a late flight as we did. "Too expensive for what you get"
For something like Sheraton I was expecting much more. The hotel is just plain normal. The rooms are clean, but very basic. No microwave, no refrigerator, nothing extra or fancy. There is no breakfast and the parking is too expensive. It is a simple hotel for business. I have stayed in different hotels of the same chain and had much better experiences […] before. "Late night check-in problems"
Booked this hotel because it was close to LAX and right across the street from our rental car return. When my wife and I arrived shortly after midnight, exhausted from a fun day with our adult son, I was shocked and surprised when the desk clerk said he had my hotels.com reservation, but that they had NO ROOMS currently available and that they were […] cleaning a room for us that would be ready in 30 to 40 minutes!! When I asked how this could be possible, he just shrugged and offered me a free drink at the bar--which I declined. My wife was ready to walk out, but I calmed her down, saying that we might not get a room at all in another hotel. We sat patiently in the lobby and indeed a room was ready in about 30 minutes. The desk clerk gave us a $30 voucher for breakfast in the morning, but we were leaving before the restaurant even opened, so we used about $10 of it at 5:30 am at the all night coffee shop. We got to bed at 1:00 am and had to get up at 5:00am to catch our flight, so we were quite exhausted the next day, partly to blame on the hotel not having a room ready for us on arrival. Nothing much in the neighborhood as this is an airport hotel. However convenient for driving to beaches and other areas via freeways. The room was clean and service was friendly. It is not a destination hotel, it's a convenience hotel. Parking fees were outlandish, but the service was great. We had to switch rooms due to several fators including noisy plumbing and frigid air we could not turn off. "Hotel for weekend getaway not too bad"
Hotel was just fine, good location for our use, good service and clean. The location of our room in the hotel wasn't as good simply bcuz it was kinda out to the exit side kinda noisy by ice machine and soda machine, it was too small and crowded by the double beds and beds too noisy, hotel was booked so I couldn't ask to be moved!Avis véridique Hotels.com
