Seemed like nice place. convenient to LAX and our rental car office but couldn't get the heating system to warm up and too tired, too late to call for help when we went to bed. The hotel was good for a 3 star. The hotel is located 5 minutes from LAX, the airport shuttle drops you off. There are rental car centers all around (downstairs right at the hotel). Prices were average, even with the added underage 25 fee. Each rental car center has a shuttle bus, so you have no problem getting to the airport or your hotel. Hotel was […] in good condition. Free wi-fi in the rooms. There are computers downstairs with Internet (extra charge). Rooms were clean. There is no free continental breakfast and room service was pricey. Parking was $14/day. Fitness center had ample amount of elliptical, treadmills, and weights. There is a restaurant/bar on site. The hotel has daily "event list", you can book sightseeing tours. Everything is within a good driving distance. Beverly Hills, Rodeo Dr, Manhattan Beach, etc. The hotel staff was very nice. I left my car lights on and the battery died. Rental car wanted $60 to come out and jumpstart my car. The hotel had a "battery generator" to jump start any car. Very well maintained hotel. Will definitely stay again next time I visit again. My sister arrived first and got on the shuttle for the wrong Sheraton which was approx a mile away, once realizing she was at wrong hotel they would not drive her to the correct one and she had to walk by herself with her luggage to the correct Sheraton at 8oclock pm! Overall, the stay was fine, but the elevators in the West Wing did not work properly so it was a long delay reaching the lobby. Guests were clearly able to take the stairs as an option, but hauling your bags up/down at check-in and check-out was not a valid option. Wonderful location for an early morning (7am) flight out of LAX. Did not take advantage of the shuttle but that would have been an added plus. Saw many pilots and stewards there staying overnight. The hotel was nice. I don't feel that the room was adequately cleaned daily. My ice bucket leaked. I thought it was very cheap of the hotel not to offer refills on coffee you were charging over $3.00. The girl that was servicing the coffee bar was rather snippy about the "no refill policy." The room looks clean, all things in place. It was the air condition/heater did not work the way we would like it to work. Friendly staff, although we had a problem with our room rate. We missed the first night of our stay, and the front desk attempted to charge us more than the pre-paid rate for the second night because, "We are completely booked for tonight." We had to speak with the manager to get it fixed. The rooms were nice, but one of them had a leak in the shower […] that had soaked the carpeting. The pool is great, with a nice bar adjacent. For a "Sheraton" this was horrible! The parking alone was a big pain..$20/day for self park, $30 for valet. Make sure you ask to see if they have events going on at the hotel first, there was no parking!! The room looked better and bigger in the pictures online. The staff was nice, but the hotel itself was just looked very old and run down! The TV...if […] you have special vision glasses that see through noise and snow it was great! "Not what I was expecting"
This was my first stay at a hotel in Los Angeles and The Four Points rose to the occaision. I got to the hotel early and Trish (I hope I got that right) was more than happy to see if a room was avaialble for me to check in early. The hotel was pretty busy the weekend I was there and every seemed to be having a good time. Happy in the hotel is a must […] if you have friends that want to meet up and my room was comfortable. If there you don't like the sound of airplanes taking off, this property may not be for you seeing as that it is literally less than 10 minutes from the airport, but seeing the planes coming in and some of them taking off was a plus for me. i would stay here again. "Excellent hotel"
Really enjoyed this hotel. We got a newly renovated room and it was very nice. Service was excellent, outdoor heated pool was good and the 24 hour gym was great too. Very handy to the airport, would definately stay here again. "Great location and good value"
My son was staying next door at the Marriott. His room was 2 and 1/2 times the price.The location was the same and his room was nicer but not the value of the Four Pts Sheraton. THe room was clean and the pub food very good. I would recommend it for a quick over night stay near LAX.Avis véridique Hotels.com

"Good at the price but some parts are noisy"
The hotel is good at the price they offer. But I felt the hotel was noisy in the room. The room I stayed and about a half of the rooms in the hotel, I guess, have a window betwen the room and a corridor. Because of this arrangement , the noise people makes when they are walking up and down the corridor gets into the room through the window. There were […] many cases I felt irritated by that noise.
