Near a tram stop, so ideal for getting around Nice. Staff very pleasant. Breakfast could have been better, stock was not replenished and tables were not cleared often enough. We had a wonderful 3 night stay at this lovely hotel. very close to the tram system whihc made getting around very very easy. Staff very extremely helpful and very polite- brilliant stay and would love to come back.- Thank you for making our short stay so fantastic

Just got back from a 9 night stay at this hotel w my Girlfriend. I would definetly reccomend this hotel to anyone traveling in the French Riveria looking for a Central Spot that is priced correctly. The Location of the Hotel cannot be beat. You are 3 Tram stops (tram runs every 5-8 minutes) from Old Town Nice where the best restarounts/night life are […] at. The Bus Station and Train station is an EASY 5 minute walk from the hotel. VERY CONVENIENT. The front desk staff was very helpful and able to answer all our questions and call us taxi's or set us up w a tour guide whenever we wanted. The prices at the Hotel bar and refirgerator in the room were absurdly expensive but just buy your own water and beer across the s treet at the supermarket and you won't have any problems. Our room was , well a room. The bed was uncomfortable and only 1 english speaking TV station (BBC news) but you must take into account you are in France lol. Our Maids did a really nice job while we were out and about during the day and we always came home to a clean room which was nice. The hotel has several public bathrooms that you can use as well. Got Free WIFI in our room. ALL in ALL i would definetly reccomend this hotel to anyone, like i said the location cannot be beaten, via the trams it is almost quicker to get to Old Town Nice where all the action is than staying at the Huge Beachfront Hotels (which we visited for cocktails and are repulsively expensive once you go inside them). stay here it is nice cheers kabot Lisez la suite

This is our second visit here in 12 months for a long weekend.. The rooms are clean, modern and a good size. The staff here, from reception to bar to cleaners are all very very friendly and the cafe/bar area has a good atmosphere. The location is excellent, - 100 yards to the tram then 3 stops ( and 1 euro ) to the old town and flower market or in the […] evening we walked back from the old town restaurants in about 15 minutes. Rooftop pool is excellent and not crowded, - beautiful views over the town. Only negative we found was that the buffet breakfast was a bit limited in variety and could have been replenished quicker but there are plenty of cafes in the nearby area. When I was checking out the guy wanted me to pay city tax, when I told him the hotel is prepaid he started arguing and I had to tell him to charge my card but I will dispute the charge on my card. Also, I my reservations had breakfast included in them and the guy said it wasnt and he wanted me to pay him for that too. Other than these two issues the […] hotel was OK, tram was two minutes away from the hotel, which can take you to the city centre etc for a euro. the bus for airport leaves every 30 minutes, 4 euros per person. when I go back to Nice, I would look for some other hotel close to city centre or beaches. Vietimme hotellissa 5 yötä ja kokonaisuudessaan olimme tyytyväisiä. Hotellin sijainti on erittäin hyvä (aika kaukana keskustasta, mutta tram kulkee ihan vierestä jolla pääsee hyvin kulkemaan) ja pidimme siitä kun hotelli oli rauhallisella alueella. Yleinen siisteys, hotellin ystävällinen henkilökunta sekä hyvä (tosin maksullinen) aamiainen saavat kiitosta. […] Miinukset tulevat siitä, että hotelli vastaa kyllä enemmän 3 tähteä sekä lisäksi huoneemme oli lähellä siivoajien varastoa ja joka aamu heräsimme ennen klo 8 hirveään kolinaan ja hakkaamiseen kun siistijät tulivat töihin. Tätä kolinaa jatkui koko aamun, joten lomalla se oli vähän ikävää. Mutta muuten olimme lomaan ja hotelliin tyytyväisiä, ja voisimme tulla hotelliin myös uudelleen! Lisez la suite

Hotellet ligger ca 15-20 minuters gångtid ifrån Centrum / gamla stan / stranden. Dock så går spårvagnen förbi 150 meter bredvid hotellet, så det är smidigt att ta sig ner. Receptionen var mycket hjälpsam och trevlig, städpersonalen av blandad kvalitét. Frukosten är helt ok men lunch och middag bör undvikas då vi inte vart nöjd efter 3 försök. Hotelli oli sijainniltaan hieman syrjässä rantabulevardiin nähden, mutta raitiovaunu kulkee hotellin vierestä ja vie suoraan ostoskadulle ym. Hotelli oli hieno ja siisti sekä aamupala erittäin runsas. Vastaanoton henkilökunta erittäin auttavaista. Suosittelen!

Das Hotel war leicht zu finden und gut an die Tram (ca. 2 min laufen) angebunden, dass man in 10-15min in der Alterstadt oder an der Promenade sein konnte. Lage ist gut jedoch bei offenen Fenster ziemlich laut da an 2 Verkehrsadern von Nice. Zum schlafen und kurzen verschnaufpausen vollkommen ausreichend. Nice hotel with a good location. It is located next to the tram that takes you to the beach promenade for 1 Euro. The hotel has easy access by car (hotel has parking agreement with next door parking garage) and is a 7 minute walk away from the train station. It was just a 10 minutes walk to the old town. Veldig fornøyd! Fint hotell, store rom, hyggelig betjening og fin plassering rett med trammen. Vi kjøpte ukepass til 15 euro pr pers og tok trammen 4 ganger hver dag. Hotellet var ca. 1-200 meter i fra stasjonen. Fint pool og sundeck på taket til hotellet som et alternativ til stranden. Bra service, bra engelsk på ansatte.
