Bon rappport qualité prix. Situé au début du vieux Nice. Excellent service de la réception / conciergerie. Près du marché aux fleurs et de pluieurs bons restos. Aucune chambres avec vue sur la mer mais á 75 metres de la plage.

Hôtel très agréable je suis allez l'abas pour la saint Valentin et je ne suis pas déçue ..la suite junior 301 est superbe avec sa terrasse privé et sa décoration sobre.jai apprécié les petites attentions tels que la bouilloire et les choix de thés et cafés..les petits bonbons joliment disposés sur le lit.une literie de qualité,une salle de bains agréable […] mais légèrement petite..un seul bémol , la qualité des chaînes télé en effet l'image n'est pas nette..mais ce n'est qu'un petit détails ..un petit déjeuner buffet avec que des produits de qualités ..nous nous sommes régalés..j'apprécie vraiment le luxe et la qualité quand je réserve un hôtel , et la j'ai été servie.nous reviendrons assurément . c'est le manque de soins, la négligence, l'état général de la chambre.. * Les joints de la salle de bain (côte robinetterie) n'étaient pas nets même voir douteux de même pour les joints sol baignoire (couleurs jaune-marron). * Peinture cloquée au niveau baignoire coté WC * le porte serviette de la baignoire, qui bouge, à la limite de tomber, * le tiroir […] près des WC avait des traces grises, sur le côté... Mais le pire de tout. * La balayette des WC usée et sale à vomir. REPUGNANT. * Le spot dessus lavabo cassé, non remplacé avec son auréole noire. * Le robinet du lavabo qui bouge nous avons peur qu'il nous reste dans les mains... de même pour l' un des patères du dressing.. * Un petit coup de ponçage et de vernis pour redonner un coup de jeunesse à la table ne serait pas un luxe.. mais là, on attaque les détails. The Hotel Beau Rivage Nice is not up to four star standards, except for the price. The receptionist was rude and could not look at her clients in the face. The rooms are in desperate need of update. A paint job, and dusting goes a long way. The bathroom is not well designed. If you want to take a shower, there is no way to do so without flooding the […] bathroom floor. We stayed in this hotel only one night in December 2011 and would not go back. The one saving grace is the location. As it is situated directly between the Old City and the Commercial shopping area, and about 100m from the local market, it couldn't be in a better place. However, over all, not worth the money spent. The location of the hotel I cannot fault. It is in walking distance to most of the major landmarks - cours saleya market, place massena, vieux nice and promenade des anglais. They are extremely […] helpful - top marks! The room however is quite small but has all the essential needs. The hair dryer cord in the bathroom is too short as I struggled to blow dry my hair. I have already completed the hotel survey telling them this so hopefully they will make changes. I would say the room itself deserves only a 3* and not a 4*. The hotel was clean, comfortable, well maintained and the location was superb for any tourist. My only issue is that I wish they had a concierge to help with dinner reservations, etc. The front desk staff were all very patient and helpful, but didn't respond to a request for restaurant suggestions and reservations.

The hotel is in a great location and we enjoyed that very much. However, when we first arrived our room was very hot and it turned out that the a-c didn't work. We were given various excuses for this before the staff agreed to move us to another room - a process which took about 2 hours. Once settled into a new room, everything was fine. Great location on the edge of the old town and just across the road from the beach. Easy access from the airport on the bus and the train station is a 15 min walk away. The staff were very helpful and curtious. We will definately be returning.

The location is great- near the pedestrian street and the old city. The service was really good but we were disappointed with the room. It was poorly furnished (all scratched up) and the bathroom needs renovation. There's was also a funky smell in the hallways.

We only stayed for one night but found it very comfortable. We were a little disappointed that we had no view from our room, but they probably allocated rooms with a view to those who were staying longer. It's in a good location to get about Nice.

For a four star hotel, it did not meet quality standards. For example, in our junior suite, the wood surfaces on tables and counters were all marred and scratched and badly in need of resurfacing or replacement. Our sheets had tears in them as well and the carpet had stains. We will look for a different hotel next year.

The hotel is ideally situated. However, the beach is not their own private beach and you have to pay a lot of money for a sunlounger and umbrella. The room itself was not clean. The carpet was bogging and needed ripping up. There was a persistent damp patch next to the bed which stank the room out. The bathroom wasn't very clean. The room had no storage […] for clothes, the British TV channel broke half way through our stay and they didn't bother to fix it and the cleaning staff disturb you a minimum of 4 times a day. I was happily surprised by the service, elegance and quiet of the hotel. After reading the review I expected I would need to avert my eyes from oversights of various kinds, but I thought the hotel had much improved since I last stayed there five months ago, and was really a cut-above. It's a struggle for any hotel next to the sea to deal with the effects […] of the damp on windows, hallways, etc, but this one did better than most (and I've stayed at the Negresco.) Bathrooms nice, with good shower and amenities. Coffee/tea making facilities included. The staff were friendly and accommodated my request for a quiet room in a can-do, smiling way, rather than the negativity that all too often is felt in European hotels. Terrific location, very nice beach club just a very short stroll away. Trendy but comfortable and clean. Above all - a very helpful and courteous front desk staff. A terrific value. All you get by staying ay the hotel is a small discount, this should be made clear in the hotel information. Location was great. Particularly for accessing both the old and newer parts of Nice. The beach front was close by and there is a private beach. The hotel is well kept but it didn't have a warm feel about it, which works in one way as it keeps you out all day seeing the sights of Nice. A very enjoyable stay made better by the exceedingly good service of the hotel reception staff. We were not entirely happy with the room we were given when we arrived (a little small with minimal hanging space), however, we were moved to a much better room even though the hotel was full for the weekend that we stayed.

Stayed four nights at the Hotel Beau Rivage during Easter weekend 2012. Chose this hotel because of the location near the water, didn't imagine the location would be this good...right near old town Nice and the flower market, lovely alleyways with incredible restaurants. We had three adults in one room, which worked fine with a roll away bed. Very clean […] and comfortable, really good breakfast buffet, too. FREE internet, which was a welcome surprise! Make sure you wander through the alleys to find good food and shops, we had a wonderful time wandering. This hotel is also near the tram and bus stops at Place Massena. Easy to get to main train station from there. Took day trips to Monaco (1 Euro for bus each way), and Cannes (via train). This is a charming little hotel one block off the Promenade Anglais in a very central location. It is within easy walking to the flower market and many charming restaurants. We opted for a junior suite and it was really large and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. We walked to the Marc Chagall Museum from the hotel. It took about a half […] hour and it was easy to find. I would definitely stay there again. We were in Nice prior to a cruise on Seabourn Legend. This hotel sits near the end of the promenade right at the edge of the old town. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the Cours Saleya (flower market) where you will find an abundance of cafes to go for breakfast. The Open Top Bus Tour also starts nearby and you are only a few mintutes away from a tram stop. The square at Place Massena and the old […] town are all lively in the eveings and only a short walk back to the hotel. The hotel room (standard twin) was small but comfortable although the air conditioning could have been better. The hanging space in the wardrobe was minimal and your suitcases just had to lie on the floor leaving you little space. But overall a nice room, well decorated and clean. Too have a drink in the Hotel's beach cafe you need to cross the road/promenade. When arriving at the airport catch a No 98 bus and the bus actuallu stops at Beau Rivage (although on the promenade side) giving you a two minute walk to the hotel.
