Dirty sheets, hair between the sheets, dirty towels, dirty mini fridge with a vomit smell, dirty microwave, uncleaned coffee machine with coffee grounds left, key to the outside door not provided, the air conditioner turned off without wanting to restart, shower curtain with mold, dirty bedroom floor, lampshade of the bedside lamp broken and not working, due to the traffic and high season charged $84 more for the 3rd person, when the contract mentioned $10, bad smell in the room, old, outdated, dilapidated, unclean, not worth $210 for one night, scam

Called for an early check-in, but not rooms were ready "apparently " (will get back to this point). Was told over the phone,without acknowledging my early check in request that there is a fee for dogs - that was hidden from the booking. Fee is $20/dog per night. Front desk/reception stinks and is moldy. The guy only cared about taxing me for the pet. Room given was missing a bed. Was given another room with 2 beds as per my reservation. Upon arrival to the room, I had to remove all the webs covering the front door which is a sign of long-term vacancy, but apparently there were no vacant rooms for an early check-in. Room has an industrial look with many outdated items, mold and rat bait in the room, unable to lock the front door (no hook). Was trying to relax outside before my road trip of 7 hours when the manager walked all the Way from the front desk to my room (400 meters) to ask if I was leaving that day. And if I had pets...Seriously? At least the matress was good, but not sure if it was clean considering everything else.

Owner is really nice however the property itself is falling apart. It was super hot and Ac wasnt working. We did end up getting another room but at midnight. Overall, its ok..not the best. - 2 adults and 2 kids.

This property is completely unsatisfactory. I want my money back. I would not stay there and I did not stay there. it is a slum. I got out of there as quickly as possible when I saw how badly the exterior and interior of the reception area were and also the people had no idea. this is a second-rate property and the owner told me when I went back the next day to file my complaint that it was Expedia who had pushed up the price to $150 and that his regular asking price for a room for the night was 79.95. he acknowledged that I had not stayed even one night and that I had just cleared out because it was so late by the time I got there that I needed to find another hotel quickly. Please confirm I will get a full refund

Website not entirely accurate

The Save Inn website claimed that it was pet friendly. I made a reservation based solely upon this advert. When my wife and I and dog arrived there on August 2, 2025, we were refused a room. The on-duty manager said that no pet friendly rooms were available and that we should have made a special request. Their website said nothing about having to make a special request.

Awful

To start off was not told we were going to have to pay 20.00 a day for a service dog for ex military . We left 2 days later when they insisted we had to pay that. Gave us a receipt for 960.00 to be returned. They put it on some master card I do not have. I paid with TD Visa. They said they would look into it. Nothing returned.

Disgusting

Went there for a weekend away with my boyfriend, I had unfortunately paid online and it was non-refundable. When we first pulled in we saw broken windows on the front of the building and in the room and had to wait 15 minutes ringing the doorbell before anyone came down to give us our key. As for the room, I paid for a room with one queen bed and got a room with two doubles, there was hair in the beds, the pillows had dark brown stains on them, the shower mat was soaked and the towels smelled musty like the rest of the room, the tv remote didn’t work and was very dirty and sticky, and when I used the buttons on the side of the tv it turned on but to a frozen screen of a basketball game. Spent over $200 for two nights and didn’t end up staying there for either of them it was so gross. As for the service we stayed there for an hour checking the place out and when we went to the main lobby to complain about the cleanliness we were told it was cleaned half an hour ago. I found a different hotel to stay in for the weekend even though I lost my money. I don’t suggest wasting your money on this place.

Pile of dirt

The place was a dump. They sent us to the building behind the main building. It looks like they refinished the floors but didn’t clean up after. The pillows were full of dust and dirt. Sheets were stained. Lights didn’t work. He said he would have it cleaned up by the time we got back. Well it wasn’t so we left again and went got another room in another hotel. This place is filthy filthy filthy.

Bad, run down place. Room not ready at checkin time. Alternate room provided did not have door lock. Then had to wait for original room cleanup for about 10-15 mins. Bed sheets and pillows not as clean. Bathroom towels stained. No proper soap. Room chair broken. Bathroom door lock broken. Tub hot-cold water setup in reverse. Cold setting gives hot water and hot setting gives cold water. Not a good experience. ** Won't stay **at property ever again.
