What a dive! OLD - nothing like the pictures - photos are obviously outdated. Half inch gap at the bottom of the door’ 1/4” gap along side, and it didn’t close well. Curtains hanging askew and didn’t cover window entirely. Grungy furniture. Heater didn’t work at all, so there was a noisy small electric space heater. Not comfortable staying in the room. We contacted Hotels.com to facilitate a cancellation and refund. Hotel manager was disappointed with us, said we should have talked to him to resolve problems - what was he going to do? Find us a better room??? If that was even possible, it should have been done in the first place! It’s obvious that remodeling is starting in some areas, but we didn’t know that until we arrived. Once owner gets renovation completed, we hope it will be a different situation. In our opinion this should not be listed through Hotels.com until renovation is completed.
