Excellent location, close to Congress St. action. The apartment was very nicely furnished and clean.

We had a great time! Loved the location of room and the style was modern and comfortable.

Great price and even better location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. But check-in wasn’t ideal, lots of directions and we had trouble finding our building at night. On the surface, the unit was nice, seemed new, comfortable and well decorated but when you looked closer, there were little bugs/centipedes all over the hardwood floors and walls. We dealt with it but wouldn’t recommend to others.

Absolutely, without a doubt put this place on your list. You cant ask for a better location and place to stay in Austin. Affordable, and spacious in the area you want to stay.

The positives are that the room was very clean and the bed and linens extremely comfortable. The location was great. A short walk to South Congress with shopping and restaurants and about a twenty minute walk to the bridge for bat viewing and the river path for hiking. Parking was easy. The negatives were there is no cable TV. You have to use Chromecast which means downloading an app and streaming for a service you already have, i.e., Netflix. And they don't tell you about this before you get there. We had a house sitter so if she was streaming Netflix, we couldn't watch it in our room so TV viewing was limited. No morning news with coffee. Also, the toilet had issues with running constantly. We had to remember to jiggle the handle after every use. Last, the living room wasn't that comfortable. There was one love seat that was awkward to sit on and one very uncomfortable chair. Overall, the price was great, the location terrific and very clean but they need more comfortable furniture and get cable TV.
