Great place to see DC from
This location is a short walk from the Metro, which made it easy to get around. The sound proofing is not great, so we heard our neighbors in their room and people talking in the hallway. The bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure.

I was so disappointed
The bed comforter had stains on it and the room was hot the thermostat was not working. It took forever to check in and the counter person said it was because of my skin color like that was funny. I didn’t make a scene because I was tired. I asked for my room to be clean and I left for 3 hours came back and the room was still dirty. Housekeeping was polite. I wouldn’t stay at that Westin again. Not a good experience.

Overpriced
I feel the room was very overpriced for my stay here. The breakfast was $19 for only a continental style breakfast, bagels were stale, nothing was good at all. Highly not recommend. The room next to mine had a couple arguing and screaming at each other all night each of the two nights so I couldn’t get any sleep. Very poor experience overall.

Convenient location for late evening arrival to Reagan. Shuttle from airport made it easy and staff were all professional!

Tarbell at the front desk was AMAZING!!! She was so polite and friendly. The beds and pillows were so soft I couldn’t get comfortable and ended up with a sore back the next day.
