Clean modern condo
The condo was clean and had everything that we needed. We were on the 3rd floor and there was a lot of noise coming from upstairs that made it hard to sleep. It probably doesn't happen all the time though.

Unfortunate elevator issue in a 6th floor booking!
The property, area, and unit are all very nice. Unfortunately, when we arrived the elevator was out of service with no one able to repair it during our weekend stay. Of course our unit was on the very top (6th Floor) Schlepping our belongings up and down 6th flights of stairs was less than appealing. Also upon arriving and checking into the fine details the TV in the unit is only accessible by Chromecast and I was unable to get that Ap to open on my tablet...so stuck up on the 6th floor with no TV was not the best either. I think the elevator problem was an anomaly due to excessive rains and flooding in the basement parking access area...unfortunate, but probably not an issue most of the time in this very new and modern property.

This is an amazing, spacious, and nicely appointed apartment that looks like it belongs in a swanky district of NYC. And coupled with Sonder's customer service, it was a great stay. However, it is in a blighted area of Houston that is struggling to revive. Fine during the day time, but not safe at night and not many places to eat nearby.

This was a unique experience. Communication was handled via email or text message. The apartment house hotel was outstanding. I would have preferred access to local TV as well as Google Chromecast. I also would have liked to had a night light in the hallway
