Holiday Inn South Plainfield-Piscataway

Hôtel un peu daté situé dans une zone commerciale plutôt pratique avec des magasins et des restaurants. L'autoroute est à proximité donc il est très facile à trouver. L'accueil est agréable. Le personnel est globalement sympathique mais encore plus au petit déjeuner. La chambre est vaste, propre, le lit est confortable. L'insonorisation est moyenne. On entend un peu le bruit de la route. La climatisation/chauffage est très bruyante. Le petit déjeuner est bon, classique avec un choix acceptable. Par contre le café est très léger.

This is absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The rooms were raggedy, and the guests were smoking every night in their rooms. I complained every night and the employees did absolutely nothing. When I asked to speak to the manager the response was that he/she was never present. No sense of urgency or concern for those staying at the hotel. I will not return

We stayed for one night. The game room is a ping ping table. Air hockey would be a nice addition.

My stay would've been described as wonderful of it was not for the poor service provide by Dish Network. I understand under extreme weather conditions the the entire network will not work just about anywhere. The hotel should then accomodate you with other services such as netflix, dvd player, or other "free" movie options. We should not be forced to pay $20 for a movie in order to watch television in comfortability of our room.

Great location, walking distance to the gyms and restaurants. Staff was friendly and everything was perfect.
