Saturdays are walking street market night. Street is shut down for traffic and vendors of food, clothing, art, jewelry and more setup their stands and sell their products.
Sucasa is a 6 room no frills guesthouse with all the conveniences you could want. Comfortable clean and inexpensive. Owners are delightful, compassionate couple whom rescue neighborhood animals and keep them on the rooftop sanctuary. Relax and enjoy a beverage at sunset while being entertained by their 4 cute dogs.
I stayed 5 nights initially but Koh Phangan worked its charms and I rebooked twice for a total of 17 nights. Kitesurfed 10 days, rented a motorbike and went snorkeling 3 days and chilled and consumed massive amounts of food everyday. I would and will rebook and stay here again in very near future.
