Terrible breakfast...u don’t get to select what u want to eat. They only offer bread and tea. Moreover, upon checking out, they gave my mom a hard time as they said she didn’t pay. I had made full payment online and was confirmed. The staff at the hotel didn’t know how to accept payment from Expedia and this put my mom throug embarrassment and refused to let her leave the hotel despite showing them receipt that we have paid online. I will never recommend nor stay at this hotel again. Such a nightmare for my 71 yr old mom to go through what she did in another man’s country. Moreover, the staff didn’t even apologize when they realized the error. Instead, they just said she can leave now and nothing else. The staff doesn’t have any English speaking. Employee at the time so make for a very difficult situation. Luckily, my mom had someone that was interpreting for her but that still didn’t help when it comes to the staff understanding that we had paid the fees.
