Unfortunately, we found a few things that make this place not to our liking:
- Not suitable for people who do not speak French: Only one employee spoke English and she was not the one who gave us the instructions in the department. They never tried to clearly explain all the terms and conditions of the apartment. Some of the points are not mentioned in the description posted on the website (especially regarding the cleanliness conditions in the apartment).
- If your flight is outside the reception's working hours, it is best not to take this option: Because our flight was early in the morning, we left without having checked out with the staff, keeping the deposit of €450 we made. We agreed as it was a security measure taken to account for any damage or broken utensils found by the staff when they would go to the apartment after our check-out.
- The lack of communication and the fact that the check-out was not carried out with the staff, added to the fact that the staff found two areas with some stains and slightly dirty, made "the telemaque" charge us €100 of the deposit, which in my opinion it was excessive, since the rest of the department was clean. We also found a loose pool lamp on the water for a couple of days, which makes us think about the type of maintenance and response of the staff to damage to the facilities. In general, the facilities look a little old.
