Super hotel mais direction inflexible
Service extra, prix élevé, j'avais fait une erreur de réservation, sans remboursement, mais malgré les efforts des gens de hôtel.com on a jamais voulu canceller cette réservation....Car un imprévu nous faisait faire un long détour pour rien...

Good trip gone bad
It was a good stay, but we had someone from the staff take something of my daughters from within the room. It was her birthday last week, and she was given a Birthday card while on the trip and it was taken from within the hotel room. We have notified the hotel, but this obviously tainted our stay. Otherwise, I liked the area and the people that manned the breakfast station and the front desk were very pleasant.

The hot tub was out of order. The water in the pool tasted salty. One of the cabinets in the room was broken and the toilet was running. The staff was friendly and helpful though.

Dirty room
Upon check-in we requested a cot and returned to the desk for extra pillows. When we went back to the lobby to leave the man at the desk rolled his eyes and said “don’t tell me there’s another problem.” We found a pair of socks on the nightstand that weren’t ours, old candy wrappers beside the bed and the furniture cushions were heavily stained. Would not stay here again.

cozy, hometown vibe w/ friendly helpful staff. good to know it's pet friendly too. very convenient - Stranahan Theatre is close by. Hollywood Casino is a quick trip. Lots of choices where to eat just near by & walking distance ...Bangkok across the street, Don Juan right beside it has good Mexican flavors just a few...
