Check in was at 4:00 and a maintenance man was in the apartment until 6:30 fixing a bathtub that was broken for the entirety of the stay. Didn’t feel comfortable leaving my sister in the apartment with a stranger so instead of relaxing after waking up at 4:30 AM to travel she trekked through the city with me running errands. Awful experience honestly.

Comfortable and clean.

Ridiculous check0-in & verification process. Room looked like the bed had just been slept in. Service left much to be desired.

Great location - really close to our client's office and all the restaurants within a 5 min walk away. Staff was very helpful to get me the right key during a key mixup - very quick and pleasant service. Loved both the

Very nice apartment in a decent area. The check in process was a little strange as it says you don't need to check in at the front desk but they did require it when i arrived. The doorman wanted ID which I had already provided online. The apartment was clean and they had plenty of toiletries and coffee which was nice. Where it went wrong was in the bedroom. The bed did not seem like it was really a queen and the mattress was not very good quality. The sheets seemed cheap and the duvet was held together with safety pins which started coming apart and stabbing us in the middle of the night. Also the bed is pushed up against the wall so when 2 people are sleeping in the bed one of you have to get in and out over top the other person. All in all I would rent this apartment again it was a good deal for NYC.
