Baymont by Wyndham Knoxville I-75

Room smelled like smoke. Mostly coming from A/C.

We had two room. Both were disappointing. Smelly. Half of the electrical outlets in our room did not work. The free breakfast was juice, fruit and danish. They charge $50 each room for incidentals. Hope we get that back! Overall, I would never stay here again.

We stay here on our way to Florida and our way back. Usually never have a problem. This stay other guests beside of us were extremely noisey until late/early morning as well as guests on the second floor were outside on balcony partying. Mostly clean room except tub/shower wasn't clean...hair and soap scum on the walls.

Not the cleanest.. rooms smell like cigarettes.. bathroom too small .. and coffee maker did not work

The first room the guy gave us after reserving a non smoking room smelt like an ash tray. I then went downstairs and asked for a new room because my child has asthma and breathing problems and cigarette smoke smell messes with him. The guy then said it was a musty smell in the carpets and had an attitude because I requested a new room... so why are your carpets not clean? He gave us another room and said it was the last room he could give us because they’re booked up. We got to the other room and it was a little better, definitely smelt the musty carpet smell but not cigarettes so we turned the air on and delt with it. The carpets were dirty and not vacuumed, yellow stains on the sheets. Bathtub was disgusting. There was crumbs on the carpet from previous people. The bed are hard as a rock. It was definitely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Will definitely not stay again and will not tell my family and friends to stay there. Oh also our first night there, the days inn right next door had about 25 police cars and the swat team out there with everything lit up so that was definitely an uneasy feeling with crime happening so close.

Unexpected stay while driving through and was pleasantly surprised at the overall quality for the price. Would definitely stay again 😁

Husband sat on toilet and tank broke. Made us pay to replace toilet $195. Had to be defective. Husband not a large man.

In general, it is ok, but less appealing in person than in the pictures. Average.

The WiFi didn’t work, but it was otherwise fine. The night staff is grumpy, but they were pleasant enough for what time it was when we checked in. I wouldn’t not recommend it, but based on my experience, I’d try to make sure you check in in the afternoon instead of late at night.
