City Hotel Ost am Kö

This hotel was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding. I would recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel close to the Christmas Market and other downtown sights. The front desk was helpful and friendly. Rhonny was especially helpful and made our arrival easy.

Wonderful Hotel, unassuming from outside but beautiful inside. Retaining charm it also has enough modern features for comfort. Best buffet breakfast I have had with a range of usual fare, however their additional selection of healthy organic options and freshly made vegetable and fruit shots were unique and tasty. Beds were very comfortable !!

It's location is excellent as is the dining facility but our room was small and there is a cramped feeling about the passages and lift. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

This hotel had friendly helpful staff, good sized rooms and everything was of excellent quality. The breakfast choice was excellent. The room size, quality, facilities including the large bathroom were really something special. The location is also handy for the many attractions in Augsburg and for restaurants, buses, trams, taxis, trains. We'd go there again if we are ever staying in that area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at City Hotel Am Ko in Augsberg. The hotel is in the perfect spot for walking around the city and shopping as well as visiting the Museums and Cathedrals. The staff was extremely friendly and helped us with our questions and giving us maps. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of foods to choice from. Additionally, everything is maintained and extremely immaculate!!!

We were on the top floor of the hotel so we had great views across the city from our very comfortable room. It's perhaps a little tired but clean, comfortable and ideally placed to walk around Augsburg (which incidentally, we found to be a rather faceless city, cigarette ends all over the pavements and people begging on every street corner) However, back to City Hotel. Breakfast was a huge surprise - we hadn't realised there was such a big and nice restaurant. Buffet style and a very good choice. No safe in the room but you can leave valuables at reception. Underground parking nearby for your car, at a reasonable rate. Not the fault of the hotel by any means but there was a really annoying kid in the room next to us who was jumping and running around ALL the time. Thank goodness we weren't in the room beneath them !
