It is in a not-so good neighborhood. It has the feel of a "cheap motel". I would not stay there again.
Check in was easy, customer service was great, room was clean. Heard people warking on the top floor. I will stay there again in future trip.
Doing business at NBSD this hotel has always been my number one choice.
Everything was good till the end. Booked this hotel for my employees. One of them forgot his wallet on the bed. When he realize he didn't have it with him, he called the hotel and they told him nothing was there. It must of been like 15 minutes later. So he decided to go back, and when he got to what was his room, it was being cleaned. The service people were not there because they had stopped for their break, but funny how only his bed was made but not the second bed. So he went to reception and ask personally for his wallet again and they told him nothing was there. So he ask to see the soil sheets, and its fishy how they said they were already being washed? So he did tell them if they had made his bed with the same sheets. They said No. So why didn't they take the soil sheets from the second bed? Why only from one bed? If service stopped in the middle of cleaning for a break, he would of found his soil sheets on the floor since his bed was made. Maybe waiting for the second bed soil sheets to be able to take them all at once to wash. But they only took from one bed. Makes no sense. The bed where he left his wallet, was the only one that was moved around. So sad that their stories about service being on break, only one bed made, that they use clean sheets and the old ones were already being washed. All that in a 20 minute span. I'm pretty sure when they checked out, service wasn't outside their door, ready to barge in.
The check in clerk was great. Friendly & professional. The air conditioner in room did not work and the remote control to the television did not work 🙁.
Everything went smoothly. The check in process was super easy and everything was very COVID19 forward as far as cleanliness. Just didnt appreciate the 0430 smoke alarm wake up call. I understand it was another guest smoking in their room but other than that very nice stay. Breakfast was a grab and go with many options. Will definitely return for another stay.
The hotel overall was great. Staff was friendly and extremely accommodating. The only issue was the AC wasn't working too well and Maintenance was apologetic which made up for it. I will stay at this hotel again.
The Hotel Had a smell to it when we went in , needs to be renovated , will not be staying here again
Room was not conducive to stay. Room smelled disgusting and Receptionist was totally RUDE.
Located in a residential neighborhood. Didn’t feel very comfortable nor safe
