Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet hôtel; le bungalow sur la plage est fabuleux et un bonheur pour nos deux filles qui pouvaient jouer en sortant de la chambre. La plage est magnifique, l'accueil chaleureux, le personnel aux petits soins. Petit bémol sur le restaurant qui propose une carte pas très originale avec peu de spécialités polynésiennes; nous avons entre autre essayé le sashimi de thon rouge (que l'on trouve partout ici) et il était coupé grossièrement et n'était pas bon du tout. Les assaisonnements ne sont pas savoureux pour les carpaccio; en revanche les prix sont élevés dès qu'on sort du club sandwich et de la pizza.

This was an amazing property overall. It was very clean, has unbelievably beautiful views, delicious food and the staff was polite and professional.

The trip of a lifetime due to the EXCEPTIONAL staff! First and foremost, we would like to recognize GM Laurence for hiring genuinely warm, friendly and courteous staff who made us feel like family! My wife and I travel the world and without question, this was the BEST overall staff that we’ve shared 10 wonderful days with. Specifically, we would like to recognize Sylvie, Vahine, Vai, Chef, Jean-Baptiste, Rudolph and Joseph for creating memories that will last a lifetime! You were all BRILLIANT! One last thing I would like to comment on. I’ve read many reviews with complaints regarding the price of the food. Living in downtown Chicago, I can certainly say the food is not any more expensive than eating there. Thus, considering the remote location, it is a bargain in my book.

Best location in Bora Bora. Great service and restaurant. Happy hour at the bar was fantastic. Taking the free kayaks snorkeling was one of the highlights as well as renting jet skis.

Staff very detailed orientated. Greeted us at dock after a half day excursion. Outside grounds looked great at all times. Location is walking distance to local market and other local Restaurants. We picked up beverages/snacks for Our room and at the pool. Drinks/Food were on the expensive side. We appreciated the two for one happy hour. We were given a “day room” to shower/clean up on our check out day since our flight wasn’t until late afternoon. The bungalows were out dated but very clean. Would recommend.

Fantastic hotel with great staff and service. We stayed in two beach bungalows that gave us our own stretch of beach with incredible views of the lagoon and mountains. We enjoyed the free kayaks and snorkel equipment, and appreciated the fact that they allow taking snorkel equipment off-property on lagoon tours. The advantage of being on the main island of Bora Bora is that there are restaurants within easy walking distance of the resort, with prices slightly lower than inside. It's also worth eating onsite at the lagoon-facing outdoor seating area. The property manager was very friendly and greeted us at both check-in and check-out. We were staying here over Christmas, and the manager walked around with Santa on Christmas day to deliver presents to each bungalow. They also let us check out late so that we didn't have to lounge around the hotel before our afternoon taxi back to the airport. We had a great stay here and highly recommend this hotel.
