Magnifique chambre, très grande, belle salle de bain remise à neuf. Lit très confortable et belle literie. Par contre, le wifi ne fonctionnait pas et il n’y a personne dans l’hôtel, qui est en fait un B&B sans petit déjeuner. L’emplacement est idéal, quoique un peu difficile à trouver... il a fallu demander à plusieurs personnes avant d’y accéder. Jolis restaurants autour très abordables, près de la gare Santa Lucia, quartier tranquille. Même s’il y a des photos de la terrasse sur le toit, cette partie de l’hôtel est privée.

Can’t go wrong with this pick. Service, accommodations, location were all excellent.

The hotel room was very clean and big. There is only someone at the front desk from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM, so if you need help with anything, there is nobody there to ask questions to. There is a bell outside the door that connects you to someone at a different hotel. Although this is a bed and breakfast, there is no breakfast, no coffee in the rooms, but there is a refrigerator and a safe to keep your valuables. Overall the stay was just fine. The proximity to the Santa Lucia station made it very easy so we didn't have to take our luggage very far. It can be confusing navigating the alleys when it is your first trip.

our stay was lovely. Front desk were very helpful and nice. The room was clean and right on the water. Great location too

Even thought hotels says we paid all the fees the hotel will charge each person 5 euros a night. They claim its a venice fee.
