Enjoyed My Stay and Will Stay Again
The hotel was really nice and up to date. The service was good until the last day when the housekeeping lady kept knocking on the door saying checkout time and even called the front desk and lied to say I said I was leaving when I was ready. Mrs Ida at the front desk was very nice and helpful when I called to let her know that I was running a little late and let her know that the housekeeping supervisor was rude (found out who it was that called when I was leaving the room). Mrs Ida assured me that I didn’t have to rush and not to worry about housekeeping. I understand that they have to clean the rooms for the next customers but be a little more nice and considerate when a customer says they hear you and they are running a little behind.
