Kensington Riverside Inn

This is a boutique hotel and it is lovely. Having said this, they are not flexible with food orders and hours of service as they are runnign on smaller staff.

Thought the hotel was lovely. I thought it was on the river but it was across the street from it. Had nice walk ways along the river and many local restaurants and shops to look at within walking distance. I would recommend this place!

Nice place great location, was informed that the hotel was completely empty the night I was staying, and was still put in a room that faced a concrete parkade instead of a room with any sort of view. I found a half gone bottle of wine from the previous guest behind the curtain when I shut them for the evening. The king bed was very soft, almost too soft for me unfortunately... did not have a very good sleep. The receptionist was very friendly and the restaurant staff were great.

Disappointing - exhaust fan in washroom didn't work, toilet didn't work properly, shampoo and body wash dispensers were empty- fixed after two requests. Cheap thermoses didn't keep coffee warm. bathrobe torn.
