Horrible experience
Very unhappy with our experience. The clerk was unable to find our reservation at check in which was frustrating since I had just called 30 min prior to see if our room was ready and was told it was. Then we went to use the pool area. The hot tub was broken and the pool room was freezing as was the water. Also, the concrete was very damaged; chunks of concrete missing and just laying around. My toddler got pieces of concrete stuck in her feet. The pool area rest room was dirty and there was no toilet paper. We only stayed about 5 min. Then later that evening both elevators were broken as was the ice machine. And when you’re on the 3rd floor with small children elevators are a necessity. To top it off there was used soap in our shower which told me that it didn’t get cleaned. All in all... not happy and certainly not worth the price we paid.

Very comfortable bed and good breakfast. The eggs and potatoes and waffles were better then average for a hotel free breakfast.

The staff was friendly and pleasant. he only complaint I had was with the bathtub. The shower curtain holder was falling down, and the drain needed unclogging.
