Very mediocre
Very tiered property. I didn't feel it was good value for the money. We reserved a King suite which apparently is a room with a king bed and a pull out sofa. Tiny bathroom as well.

Not Happy in Bedford
I will never stay at this hotel again for the following reasons: The room, hallways, and the breakfast area was very cold. At breakfast, everyone ate in winter jackets. The room was so cold that my wife went to bed with her winter coat on. It took over an hour with the heater running before I took my winter coat off. With a room this cold, the paper thin bed covering was of little help in warming us up. The bed mattress was very hard. The pillow was too soft, to the point that I had to put the unused bath towels underneath the pillow for some support. The bathroom tub had large chips in the enamel, definitely for shower use only. The water drip in the tub was annoying. The free Wi-Fi was impossible to join. Truck road noise was loud. On the positive side, they did have Direct TV.

Good Location
Easy check in. Desk clerk pleasant. Room adequate. Good breakfast. No problems that needed attention. On our way to Lancaster and stopped in Bedford to visit family. Would stay again if in the Bedford area.
