Not very pleasant stay this time
This was my second stay at Mövenpick bosphorus.
The first one was almost perfect, which convinced me to come back for my futur stays.
Unfortunately this stay has been much less pleasant, even if the team was helpful and the breakfast still great.
Unfortunately :
- The floor of my room 2011 was dirty with sticky things on the floor (pictures available on request)
It has been fixed on Saturday
- Temperature by night was up to 27 degrees, even with my window opened.
A technician came to switch it to summer season, with no result (pictures available)
Front desk proposes me.to change d'or à room on low level. I declined.
Front desk apologized but argueed it was because it was still winter season.
??? An hotel should feel responsible to offer room with a regular temperature (around 20 degrees cc) whatever the day or the season (see Accor Hotel guidelines).
As a result I did not sleep well at all for 2 days.
- Last but not least : to me, one of the big assets of you hotel is the swimming pool.
During Check-in, only because I ased for opening hours, I have been informed it was closed...because water was changed.
A} your guests should have been informed upon booking
B) It should be announced at the front desk
C) This Kind operation should be done during week days, not week-end.
For all these reasons, I'm sorry to confirm it has not been a very pleasant stay.
Up to day: no answer from the hotel to my complain
