Hello,
I stayed at your hotel for three nights (from April 3rd to April 6th ). At reception, I was asked whether I wanted daily housekeeping, which I did.
On Saturday afternoon, I informed the reception that the room had not been cleaned. The receptionist explained that there was not enough staff and provided me with clean towels instead.
On Sunday, the room was again not cleaned. At checkout, I mentioned this to the receptionist, who confirmed that daily housekeeping was indeed recorded in the system.
It is very disappointing to pay for a service that was not provided, two days in a row, despite following up. This is not in line with what is expected from this type of establishment.
