Decent, not great
Had an average stay here. The room is definitely smaller than it looks in the pictures. Walls are thin so you will be able to hear any loud neighbors. Property location is not in the greatest looking neighborhood, but is a close enough walk to the train station to Manhattan. On the plus side, staff was helpful, friendly, and cleaned my room daily!

This place is truly what you pay for…the room was SO TINY. Please look closely at the images. For two people it was the smallest room I’ve ever been in. Similar to a dorm. Only a bed and dresser. So you only sit on the bed or the toilet. Staff was on their phones the entire time. Reminds me of a motel 6 or super 8.

Hotel is basic but met our needs. Room was typical NYC small. Check-in was smooth. Bed seemed fairly new and comfortable. About a 10 minute walk from Queensbridge subway station. Area around hotel is pretty rough but seems to be slowly upgrading. I would not walk around the area in the dark or alone.
