Nice hotel, well located in downtown area. Very clean and the food was also good in restaurant and room service. Price is right too

Best place in a long time

This is an upscale property, to be sure. You know that from the moment you approach the place. The staff is friendly but not overbearing. Rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. I personally do not equate marble everywhere with quality, so marble floors in my guest room are just cold. The primary negative impression, for me, was the quality of breakfast did not come close to the level that the surroundings implied ≠ the restaurant is beautiful, breakfast is meh (I did not have any other meals).

I stay at this property every 90 days. The staff treats be like family. They actually give me hugs upon my arrival! Undoubtedly the finest hotel I stay in anywhere in the world!

This hotel is top notch, great service starts as soon as you arrive. Valet was fast and courteous, check in was a pleasure, everyone is eager to please. The lobby is beautiful and comfortable, the restaurant is great (Room service was fantastic!). The only thing I can gripe about is the lack of in-room coffee, its a little thing but one that is important to me and my morning routine. Although a hot pot is only a phone call away, its just so convenient to brew the first cup as soon as you wake up. Everything else was impeccable, bathrooms are bright and huge, the beds and linens are very comfortable. Wifi is reliable and fast. The service is what really stands out here, these people care about where they work and the people staying there.
