Terrible security service
The security staff are confusing and annoying. The paking process is also VERY stressfull and annoying. The main lobby entrance is only for drop off but you need to go down and get a car pass so you can park on the 3rd floor. How can you go down and get a car pass if you cant park there? Also, the only time you will be aware of this process is if you go down to ask the guard at the door which is not near. You have to go down at the round about go up a stair to talk to the guard by the door entrance. The guard at the road is the worst person in that hotel. If that is the kind of security they have NO ONE IS SAFE to stay there.

Great Views of Manila Bay
One of the newer hotels in Manila Bay. Still has construction on-going, but over-all the hotel is a 4 star. No restaurant yet, but has a breakfast buffet and a snack bar at the pool where food can be ordered. Also they have room service. Problem is the telephones aren't working making it difficult to order. Biggest complaint is the food was always cool to cold by the time i got it. Also, TV's are not ready and in Chinese. However, the view of the Manila Bay made my stay worthwhile.

This hotel was a good find.
The staff was very responsive and courteous. Breakfast buffet was very good, not your usual toast and croissant thing. It was a full meal, the dishes can be your lunch. Parking was a bit of a problem though as it was limited. So we had to wait for a slot to open. Good thing Roland (?) was very helpful. They do have parking space next to the building but it's rough area. There's also paid parking at the nearby Seascape Village. But the ocean view was super. Nothing on TV, no phone yet, they aren't 100% fully operational. I hope they also sort out the entrance, it's a bit weird. But the staff are nice, they compensate for the shortcomings now.

Good to stay in but service needs improvement
It was a good place to stay. The TV's are all in Chinese and we couldn't set up the casting functionality even with the instructions printed for us. It was printed too small anyway. We asked many times for assistance for the TV but no one came.

New hotel in Pasay
Lime hotel's location is near seascapes village and since it is on a soft opening, it is understaffed. Since we check in on a holiday, the process of checking in was very slow almost 40 minutes because the rooms were not yet cleaned. They have no telephone yet since they newly opened, so every time the front desk staff need to check on which room to assign to people, it is very time consuming to call via cellphone to verify which room is ok.Front desk staff were apologetic about the issue and the lobby was very crowded due to the slow check in process. There was also a cash deposit of 2000 for each room for any incidentals. Parking was very limited since the parking slot of the hotel is shared with the other building. You have to ask the staff to call the parking and reserve a slot for you. We booked 2 rooms and only a room is available since the other one is still being cleaned, they promise to send the room key of the other room to us however, need to follow up a number of times before we were given the key. The hotel itself have a nice interior with a view of manila bay outside each room. The bed were comfy enough to have a relaxing sleep, tv channels were all in chinese. The number of the front desk given to us_ a cellphone number were always ringing no one is answering and it is hard to follow up on a request if you cannot contact a staff. Aside from this, overall experience is good, the infinity pool has a nice view of the sunrise and sunset.
