So as I arrive there my room wasn't ready...ok.. I get it... I was a bit early... however 3 people that arrived later than me got their rooms first... hmmmm... no biggie.. heres the kicker.. I wait almost 1 hr to go into a room that was supposedly just cleaned...beetle found in the batheoom.. ok.. its nature's way of saying hello... trail of ants on my porch... cant help it ...but the dust and build up under the bed, on the back counters and behind the sink and behind the door... so white that it looked pained on... also no wifi unless u buy it...its a 3 star.. at least give us wifi. Power goes out..sitting st the bar with other people no power.. manager comes strolling though ...sorry guys...its not our fault... lmfao... ok how about a free water or something... if I want half ass service and cheap rates....go here..ohhhh positive.. jerry the bartender pretty chill..... but I'll be checking out nadi resort ...which is same price however at least they give free wifi and looks a bit more modern.. sorry for the long survey.. would of been more but I ran out of characters

We loved our beachfront bure...it was almost like having our own private beach! Club Fiji is small and not close to any shopping or other hotels which gave it a quiet atmosphere that we loved. We had no trouble getting picked up for the tours and excursions we went on. We had no trouble getting picked up from the airport and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

The resort design/setup is good. However, it seems the owner does not have the funds to repair/upgrade and maintain the place. First, there is horrible hideout sign to get there, no actual address. Then once there, from first site the place clearly needs paint and many upgrades. It seem the staff did not have technology to check in guest and was doing everything by hand. The Wi-Fi is only available at the front lounge area, meaning you have to leave your villa to make a call or email. The linens looked disgusting: either old or dirty. I did not feel comfortable laying on the woren out blankets. The bathroom barely had water dripping from the shower. The saddest part was that even though we were in Fiji we could not sit outside on the balcony because of too many lizards crawling. The place needs fumigation. Lastly, my opinion that the resort has a lot of potential and can be one of the most successful places in Nadi if the owner hires proactive hardworking manager. The current manager and his female partner are chain smokers who mopes useless. An example, we cut some coconuts and the garbage stayed in front of our villa the two nights we were there. What good is the manager for?

I didn’t get what I booked. When I went there they told me there’s no booking for my family. Very disappointing.
