Terrible room, service subpar
The bad experience starts with the freezing cold lobby / figuratively as well as litterally. Then no information was given to me at checkin about access to the club lounge so I missed out on it the first day. Turns out I didn’t miss much because the food and drink selection there was pathetic. The elevators are a true test to one’s patience. The worst: my room was on the pool level and stunk of chlorine. The door to the patio was stopped shut with cotton and other make-shift materials and the handle broken. Air still filtered in. So I could neither open the door to go out to the patio, nor was the door airtight or safe. They changed my room upon request, but they should not put guests in such a room! I will go to another hotel next time I’m in the area
