XO Hotel Inner

The hotel was beautiful, cozy, and everything was kept clean. Our initial room was great. However, there was a leak from the ceiling so that was disappointing. The staff did wonderful by putting us into a new room. However, it was smaller and the beds were (2) twins pushed together instead of (1) Queen like we paid for originally. Some off the staff members were really nice, but others were really rude. We appreciated having breakfast as an option, however it was pretty basic. When we checked in a couple complained yeah money was stolen from there room. Luckily, the room had a safe in it that we used so we didn’t experience any issues with theft.

The Hotel is very near to musemplein tram station. A short walk to rijkmuseum as well. The staffs are very accommodating. very friendly. the breakfast is good for the said price. Though the room space to fix the luggage is a bit small, it is not a hindrance to enjoy and relax. The bed is very very very comfy. Nice bathroom. and i like the nespresso machine in the room. If ill go back in amsterdam. ill still checkin in this hotel.

Very good position for the price , but very small window as located under ground level and so there was a little smell of dump.

Friendly and helpful staff, nice clean hotel, modern. Room was quite compact, but had everything we needed. Only issue was room was never cleaned on day two, otherwise no problems
