Personnel extra. Super petit déjeuner. Très confortable et très bon emplacement.

L’hôtel est bien MAIS ils non pas de climatisation et la température dans la chambre était sûrement 35ºJe suis parti deux jours en montagne malgré que la chambre était déjà payer.Le dernière jour je suis allée à l.airoport après le petit déjeuner et j’attende 5 heures au frais

We stayed at the property for 3 nights, it was a pleasant stay overall, the property is at a very convenient location in central Munich, there was this Vietnamese fellow at the reception who was super helpful, breakfast spread was decent and sumptuous too, our room was spacious and comfortable... on the negative side, our toilet could have been cleaner (there was a weird smell around the commode), the water pressure in the telephone shower was very low, and we had a pretty bad check-out experience when we requested a hotel bill (for claiming reimbursement later on) and the extremely rude lady at the reception simply refused to issue one...she said that we apparently had to get the receipt from hotels.com, however, we have booked dozens of hotels all around the world through hotels.com and we always receive a bill from the hotel at the end of our stay. So barring the rather unpleasant experience at the end, it was a good stay overall.

The hotel is fine, although check your room size, my single room was 9 square meters, which is very small indeed. Also, the entire television system was down in the hotel, and they said it would take weeks before it would be fixed. They did not offer any rebate.
