Hawkstone Park Hotel

Good hotel with nice new refurbished rooms. Restaurant was a little limited and breakfast service was too slow.

Room had quite a few marks on the paintwork , no blind in the bathroom and shower stopped working half way through taking a shower, once reported staff did look into shower and it was sorted

Great place if you like golf

Room 3 feet away from a skip .and building site so no rest from time of check in TIL late afternoon.radio started and noise 8amnext morning.no one from reception told us when we checked in -I assume conveniently forgotten .no help in organising a taxi -“we don’t do that “.just a shambles

We didn't actually spend much time in the hotel we were in late and left early morning on both days,we didn't eat so cant comment on food,reception staff were really nice and helpful,rooms were very clean,beds were really comfy,we were woke at 2.30 am by people above us who were constantly stomping about and floorboards creaking and talking really loud,after half an hour of it my partner phoned reception who sorted it and we heard nothing else.
