impression mitigée, correct dans l ensemble mais les chambres queen standard sont très petites, pour Chicago cela surprend! en fonction du prix il y a mieux à proximité

tout c'est très bien passé, seul truc si on veut c'est le ménage du couloir à 8h du matin, mais bon, au moins c'était propre. Si non la chambre bien, très calme et propre. Les produits dans la sale de bains de l'occitane sont un plus

Nice hotel. Room is cramped. Thin walls.

Stains on the curtains. 13.50 per day spa fee, but when you call for the spa, no one answers and it goes to a voicemail. Our room was over by the trash can that was constantly full and had bags of trash stacked by it. Couldn’t keep our heat On because when it ran it was so loud we couldn’t hear the TV. Do not stay here!!

The service is ok but definitely there are lots of things that could be better. The bedroom was dark and noisy. You could hear everything coming from the other bedrooms and the air conditioning system was quite noisy too. The small breakfast is just a cup of coffee or tea you get from their own coffee shop outside the hotel. The pictures look much better than it actually. Do not expect a 4-star hotel as it is advertised. The only pros I can see are the location and the Luggage Storage for guests.
