Apartamentos Blume Cruz

Super bien situé, à 5mn du métro "Sol" ; la rue est très animée certes, mais l'isolation phonique est excellentissime ! L'appartement (302) est très confortable (literie, disposition, salle de bains extra avec douche mobile + douche de tête...) ; la climatisation fonctionne bien si besoin selon saison. le canapé étant contigu au double-couchage, cet appartement convient plutôt pour un couple (+1 enfant) OU pour 3 amis proches. Kitchen : vaisselle pour 3 personnes, cafetière italienne, petit lave-vaisselle [une pastille dispo] : TRÈS BIEN mais pas de tasses à café (seulement 3 mugs) ; le plat destiné à réchauffer un "take-away" est trop grand pour entrer dans le micro-ondes :-( SUPER : à la réception, libre service de petits gâteaux, thé, café, chocolat, sucre, sel, huile d'olive ;-) et SUPER également : les produits de toilette (produit douche, shampooing, démêlant, lait corporel, savon) sont renouvelés chaque jour lors du ménage de l'appartement. changement de serviettes : on laisse au sol ce qui est à changer ; machine à laver le linge disponible au 4ème étage Les deux personnes à qui nous avons eu affaire à la réception étaient charmantes, efficaces et très serviables (réservation de ticket pour l'Escorial, impression de cartes d'embarquement, message pour remplacement lampe)

Chambre vraiment petit on ne peut accéder au lit que par un côté. Bruits des voisins , des entrées dans l'immeuble, des conversations dans le couloirs nuits vraiment peu reposantes. Un point positif très bon accueil.

Chambre très belle mais pas insonorisée Ce qui a pour conséquence d'avoir l'impression de dormir dans la rue Et cette rue est particulièrement bruyante les samedi et dimanche soir jusque 6h du matin

This place was extremely disappointing, in that it showed a picture of a washer INSIDE the apt., yet when we got there, it was OUTSIDE the apt., plus you had to share it w/ 3 other apts., plus, you could only use it during the day until 5pm, plus, you HAD TO PAY FOR IT! That was not how it was presented in the picture. It said "washer & dryer", no mention at all of any cost. (Why would I think so when it showed a washer in the picture INSIDE the apt.?) Plus, it mentioned free international calls. Well, I figured that was probably too good to be true! The fridge was the size of a minibar. No freezer (translate: no ice cream or ice). There was no place to put your suitcase that wasn't in the way. There was no nightstand. The ad mentioned a balcony. Nope. Apparently, there was ONE apt. in the building w/ a balcony, yet they list it like they ALL had one. The couch was very uncomfortable, only enough room for 1 person. The 2 beds were so close together, there was no way anyone could sleep in the 2nd bed (against the wall) & get up to go to the bathroom, w/o disturbing the other person. The apt. was tiny. And the shower was nice except the water wasn't hot. "Lukewarm" is being generous! SKIP THIS PLACE. I would never stay here again. Very unhappy. I spoke to the caretaker abt. all of it. She couldn't do anything abt. any of it. Not her fault, but the entire ad, IMO, was full of LIES. The only good thing was the location. Near Puerta del Sol.

The receptionists are very nice and welcoming
