Hostal Madrid

La chambre était spacieuse et très bien adaptée pour une famille de 4 personnes. Le personnel était très gentil et disponible. L'hôtel est très bien situé. Nous avons pu visiter tout Madrid à pieds.

While the single room I had was very basic and spare, it was extremely clean, the necessaries were all there, and the mattress and pillows exceptionally comfortable -- could have happily slept on them for weeks. Inside, the old brick and stone walls preserved in the modern renovation were charming. The staff were welcoming and helpful without being saccharine. The location was everything one could want -- on a small side street away from the major avenues, steps from the old Plaza Mayor, amidst plentiful shops and restaurants, and within a 15 minute walk of the museums and the rest of the center. I look forward to staying there again.

Nice location. Close to many stored and subway. Room conditions are Ok.

Location is excellent in the middle of Sol. Room larger than I expected, however the bathroom is tiny. Found the room a bit on the bare side. No view from the room at all. I arrived early and they let me drop of my bag and then left it in the room when the room waa ready.

Excellent place to stay, very well situated, price wise, clean, friendly and helpful employees I’ll go back there for sure!

Overnight in Madrid while traveling. Perfect Location!! Very Friendly!! Clean!! A bit small--but this gives it charm. Love this place! Have stayed on multiple visits to Spain
