Parkhotel Stuttgart Messe-Airport

Hôtel très bien placé près de l'aéroport (avec une station de taxi juste devant) et pourtant extrêmement calme, mais j'arrivais en fait par le train pour une conférence. 15 minutes de taxi seulement depuis la gare centrale. Check-in/check-out très efficace avec un personnel courtois et parlant parfaitement anglais. L'hôtel est très bien équipé avec un restaurant, un bar et une brasserie, en plus du centre de conférence. Il semblait quasi-neuf, comme ma suite : propre, en excellent état, climatisée, très bien équipée (plateau café, mini-bar, frigo), silencieuse... et avec même des stores électriques qui se rabattent automatiquement en fonction de la position du soleil pour éviter de l'avoir en plein visage quand on travaille ! Wi-Fi ultra-rapide. Petit-déjeuner buffet exceptionnel en terme de qualité et de choix des aliments. J'y retournerai à la première occasion !

... Located 10mn taxi from de airport, in an area with very poor interest. The point is that this hotel is great (rooms huge, restaurant, bar, service, brand new,...) but too luxurious and expansive for the location. Yet, a very nice place to stay.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. We just spent two weeks there while I was looking for an apartment in the region. One S-Bahn stop from the airport (and it's literally across the front door from the hotel), easy access to downtown or the universities. The neighbourhood around the hotel has great restaurants. Hotel restaurant was so good we went almost every night. Breakfast was great - good selection of food, drinks, etc. Thermos of coffee on the table, fancier drinks available. Water bottles available for when you leave for the day so you don't have to worry about that. Terrasse on hotel roof for lounging or relaxing/napping. French balcony in our room, both doors could open fully to let the breeze in (even though air conditioning worked great). Everyone always had a smile on - I've never seen such friendly housekeeping staff. Mattress, duvet and pillows were soooo comfortable. It was hard to actually leave the hotel! It all looked new and spotless. Even the elevator is full of mirrors and they were always spotless. How do they do it?! I highly recommend this hotel. We have very high standards and this hotel passed all of them with flying colours. Only "constructive criticism" I could give was that housekeeping should always make sure there's a spare toilet paper roll in the bathroom, and the wifi was a bit difficult to manage with forcing the logon/logoff sequence. Hint to guests: pick up a 3-day transit pass at reception, great deal. Thank you to all the staff at Parkhotel.

I like this place - very nice hotel , close to airport, microbrewery bar with very good food. Besides the brewery there are many other nice places for dinner in walking distance, of course the S Bahn station is just across the street to go to Stuttgart downtown .
