The staff were very unresponsive - every time i approached the front desk I would get dismissive responses and feel like i am putting them at inconvenience.
I requested house keeping for 3 days consecutively because the garbage in my room was piling up and for change of towels and tissue paper. Finally had to track down the cleaning staff myself cause the requests were not being put through
I requested laundry service for another 3 days and no response, finally had to speak to the manager and was charged an extra fee to get the items cleaned faster to catch my next flight... this would not have been the case if the laundry services were provided when I first started asking.
Overall was not happy with the staff at the facility and their level of customer service.
