Sant'Agostino B&B

Nice place to stay in the old town of Palermo. I had trouble with my TV and internet. The owner lauch at me with no respect. You should respect your customer.

Great location, great room, great service.

Not so good

Sant'Agostino B&B was a dream come true. I could not have asked for a better accommodation while in Palermo. The location was 100% unique and right in the middle of people going about their daily lives. Guglielma, our host is one of the kindest people I've ever met. She was very helpful in helping us get around town and recommending things to do and see. Also, as a side note, I'm in sheer awe of her because in my time there I heard her speaking no fewer than four languages fluently to other guests from other countries. I highly recommend staying in this B&B. The rooms are clean and modern, the breakfast in the morning in superb and the wifi is reliable. I did not want to leave and I'm already dreaming about the day I can return. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Palermo.

I would recommend this lovely B&B to anyone without hesitation! We felt so lucky to have found such a delightful place to stay while we were in Palermo. Everything was so well-kept, clean and comfortable, the whole team of staff are so kind and helpful. The garden terrace is beautifully peaceful, which is very welcome in the middle of the city- If there weren't so many things we wanted to see in town it would have been a pleasure just to sit there for a whole afternoon with a good book and thoroughly relax. Many thanks for everything, we would love to come back someday!
