The Normandie Hotel

The property is unique since there is the local effect. No busyness of modern day hotels and lobby issues. The hotel is located in area of forest and alot of greenery including parrots and other beautiful species which flies over to the nearby mountain range. I would take this over the Hyatt since I love peace when i am vacationing.

Lovely and quite hotel space. Quiet area. Loved rhe balcony for the economy room.

The staff was judgement and dishonest , the facilities is not accommodating for all.

Access to the hotel is somewhat problematic. The entrance to the street is so narrow that two cars moving in different directions cannot be in it at the same time. There is no circular access to the hotel lobby door from the road; a taxi must drop off a guest and then reverse to exit the property. There is no elevator to the floor above the ground floor. My room was like an attic with two small windows that gave onto a dirty, neglected roof-top area. Linen seemed un-fresh, corners of the room were dirty, and the air conditioning unit was old and extremely loud. So although the staff members were all extremely kind and helpful, l definitely did not receive value for money.

Excellent hotel in a great neighborhood (right behind the President’s and Prime Minister’s residences). Clean, old style, good service. And reasonably priced.

I liked the fact that it was quiet and perfect for business.

We got a room in a corner without daylight. It was difficult to get an upgradede room. The food in restaurant was excellent. The fitness area was closed. The location was too far away from center, so we paid a lot of money to taxi drivers. The invoice was not correct.

We were satisfied with the overall condition and comfort the place provided .the staff was very helpful and friendly,,courteous , the environment feels safe and convenient,the room is comfortable

This hotel is amongst the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I can’t even begin to find one good thing about this hotel. It’s dirty and dysfunctional in its layout, and the staff is inept.

For the price of the hotel towels didn't seem clean.,they had stains . House cleaning really drop the ball.i kept thinking what else did they drop the ball on.
