The rooms were ok.
We booked 3 rooms. 2 were of a good standard. But one room had a led strip that kept flickering all night.
We were told WiFi was out in the neighborhood & will be working in about 1/2 hr. 1/2 hr later no WiFi so the front desk person let us use his hot spot. It was inconvenient to come to the front desk to use the Internet. Next morning we were told the hotel was having the WiFi problem & a tech will arrive within 1hr to fix the problem. That afternoon still no WiFi so we checked out without any discount from the hotel for our inconvenience (the manager was rude & said he was also inconvenience by the WiFi so why should he give a discount). When we were checking out the staff was arguing with another guest!!
Room was clean and bed was comfortable, with a safe in the room. Good location with easy access to the metro station, local places to eat and in the middle of a market.
The staff and management were wonderful. We arrived in Delhi during the rupee problem. The manager let us use his metro card. He advised us about many things while we were there. We would highly recommend this fine hotel. The breakfast and restaurant were very good, too.
We booked this hotel with the understanding that there was a gym and wifi. The gym no longer exists (the staff did help us find a fitness centre quite nearby, but we had to pay to use it). The hotel's internet connection went out for about 24 hours at one point, which was immensely frustrating, but when we objected, the staff did arrange for us to use the wifi in the lobby of the hotel across the street at no cost. The room was quite comfortable but the hallways were really noisy, especially because doors were banging all night long and beeped infuriatingly when even slightly ajar. The hot water was unreliable. We had a triple occupancy room and had to hound the staff repeatedly for a third bath towel.
We Booked this hotel for 2 Nights...BUT THE BIG MINUS Despite Hotels.com Confirmation they DID NOT PROVIDE us room for the First night and we had great difficulty..they did find us a room in the nearby hotel..but with kids and elder in a group of 8 it was really big disappointment.
The next night they accommodated us.As per the pictures the Hotel is in an excellent condition..all amenities and fittings are branded and well maintained..I could easily rate this Hotel as 4*...
Just the Breakfast and their Restaurant is quite ordinary..
