Extra B&B

2 jours de visite a Palerme nous ont permis de decouvrir cette ville completement a pied grace a la situation TRES centrale de ce B&B(50m de l'arret de bus de l'aeroport) où Carlo-le proprietaire- vous donne des conseils tres précieux.Si vous n'etes pas sensible aux bruits de la rue ,c'est parfait ...sinon, emmenez vos boules Quies car c'est TRES bruyant

The B&B is located on a third floor of an apartment building (with elevator). An airport bus stop is just 50-100 meters away. To catch a bus back to the airport, cross the plaza in front of the B&B. The old town, harbor, cultural sites and restaurants are all within a short walking distance. Food in Palermo was wonderful, and Carlo, the owner of the B&B, was very helpful with suggestions about great places to eat. Breakfast was lovely. It consisted of homemade bread, cakes, and jam, there was also a choice of juices and cereal, and of course good Italian coffee. Breakfast time is from 8:30 to 10:00. The room was spacious, with comfortable bed, small refrigerator, flat screen TV, free WIFI. There were also some free snacks, juice, and water in the room. Carlo was very accommodating with whatever questions or needs we had. I would certainly stay in this B&B again and recommend it to everyone.

It’s a perfect location in the heart of Palermo. Carlo is a great host he and makes the best marmalade I think I have ever had.

We stayed 4 days in Palermo at Extra B&B and it felt like home away from home. The room was comfortable, clean and functional, the breakfast generous and endowed with Carlo's own cooking, the location ideal at the very nerve centre of Palermo, but what made it special were the hosts, Carlo and his charming wife Ernesta. They were friendly, informative about Sicily and Palermo, very helpful in arranging things and advising on activities, sites and restaurants. Highly recommended.
