Campus Inn Missoula

The lobby was locked. We had to call to check-in and someone brought our keys to us. No check of id or credit card.

We stayed 2 nights; comfortable, good size room, loved the available Hulu and Netflix instead of the usual cable (where I can never find something I want to watch) The young woman who checked us in was really nice and went out of her way to provide us with hot water for tea However: it would be even better to have coffee/ hot/ cold water available (as most hotels still have) in lobby Or have a kettle in room This Covid situation has been a pretext for lots of management to reduce the amount of services provided to customers our room was not cleaned after the first night And the lobby was closed so we had to call and wait for someone to check us in over the phone I’m glad we arrived in afternoon

Always stay during griz games, but during Covid was quite different

Except for the train tracks located close to facility, it's very private and away from traffic

I have always enjoyed staying at Campus Inn. Never disappoints. With the Covid-19, small coffee pots would be awesome in the rooms. just a suggestion

Check-in was quick and staff member who greeted me was very friendly. Front lobby is still closed so check-in is outside or at car. Outdoor access to inside of building and rooms is limited to 2 doors and neither are well lit if arriving at night. I have stayed here two times in the last several weeks and have been pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. No frills, but a great stay for the price. I'll be back.

The Campus Inn met my need for budget pricing. The location was very near everything, but especially University of Montana, which was my goal. The room was clean and staff helpful during my interactions. For COVID precautions, they had the main entrance and lobby area closed, so we had to use a side entrance to access our room throughout our stay. This seemed to be the smoker's hangout so had to pass others lingering at this entrance nearly every time we entered and exited. The interior coridor to get to our room was poorly lit, and really gave off a sketchy atmosphere vibe. I didn't feel like that inside our room which was clean and had a pleasant decor. The shower head and water pressure was great. The toilet flush was poor. I love the sound of trains so this did not bother me one bit, but the tracks are very close to this property and are quite active. There was train noise all throughout the day and night. Overall, not bad for the price, but I may not book again.

Staff and hotel ok, no lobby, lack of assistance due to covid restrictions, however they did provide an okay atmosphere and pleasant stay considering the situation (covid).

Toilet ran continually. I shut off the water fill valve. Train ran right behind motel and blew its' horn twice each time it went by. Where's the pool? There is no pool. Room was clean. Shower was nice.

The room was fine but dealing with the tv was painful. I dont want to travel and fight to watch tv. I was disappointed with that. Other than that stay was great. Covid rules do not help
