Stayed here many times and always welcomed. It's worth coming just for the owners comedy, he's a real character.

I nothing to say apart from would recommend to anyone, perfect, excelkent

Lovely hosts, full of character. Lovely quiet area close to major roads so ideal base. Hourly chime of grandfather clock at top of stairs can get annoying at night. Bedroom doors not at all secure if you're security conscious, but location makes it an unlikely target. Breakfast nice but very dry - sausage, bacon, mushrooms, egg. I'd have liked blacked pudding, beans and hash browns as an option. The black guest book is worth a read for nice poems.

Magnificent and unique. A real pleasure.

A really friendly couple own and run it, the surrounding area is beautiful and there are great local pubs within 5 minutes walk.
